Sándor Mérész once again shows a new face of Etyek Chardonnay. A distinctly fruity yet complex nose. Ripe yellow pear and apple open the nose, followed by a hint of lemon and lime. Behind the fruit we discover some almonds and white flowers. The palate is rich, dynamic and harmonious. After tasting, the citrus aromas continue throughout the sip, combined with a soft creaminess and saltiness. The grapes are hand-picked in several stages. After careful cold pressing, 100% fermented in cement vats. Matured on fine lees for twelve months and aged for three more months in bottle.
