Manual harvest in several steps, then the grapes were carefully destemmed. Fermented for 14 days on the skins, with manual punching down. After the spontaneous malolactic fermentation, the wine spent 12 months maturing in 300-litre and 228-litre Hungarian, French and Austrian oak barrels (30% new). On the nose: a perfect play of red berries and spices. Ripe cherry – sweet cumin, rosehip – black pepper, cherry – nutmeg doubles vibrate. On the palate: soft and velvety texture, the aromas return, complemented by hints of plum and redcurrant. A true Burgundian-style Pinot Noir with the (inimitable) acids from Etyek.
