This is a very elegant wine with distinct fruit flavours of apple, pear and quince. The 6 month ageing in oak barrels have subtly and pleasantly integrated the nutty, tea-cake flavours. And, of course, the inimitable Tokaj minerality is present, enriching the palate with slightly smoky, flinty aromas.
