Sweet Tokaj wine speciality for celebrations or to finish a dinner or just to enjoy on its own as a dessert. Botrytis arrived quickly and suddenly in 2019. Bunches containing both „aszú” berries (berries affected by Botrytis, noble-rot) and healthy ones were harvested at the end of October. It was followed by a gentle pressing and maceration overnight. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tank. Aged in new and second used 300 liters Hungarian oak barrel for 18 months. Organic viticulture and winemaking. Bottled in May 2021.
