100% varietal Kadarka wine. Manual harvest. During the processing clusters not fully colored were discarded. All batches were cold soaked and we used special gentle pumping over techniques. Skin contact time was 20 days. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations were initiated with special inoculations. A part of the batch was aged in 500 liters second and third use Hungarian oak barrels for 8 months. The other part of the batch was not aged in wood, to keep the fresh, fruity and light character. Gentle vegan fining and filtering, then botting in 2024 summer.
