The different grape varieties were harvested separately according to their respective ripening times, fermented in a mixture of steel tanks and, due to low yields, some lots in vats. Following alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wines were aged in a mix of new and used Hungarian and French oak barrels of 500 and 225 litres. After two years of ageing, the blend was finalized and then left the wine to rest in steel tanks for a few months before bottling.
